Introduction

Founded in 1954, our company has accumulated over five decades of expertise and currently holds a capital of NT$61.2 billion. Below is an overview of our current operations and product portfolio: In plastic raw materials and products, we produce PVC resin, VCM, caustic soda, hydrochloric acid, plastic modifiers, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), ethylene-vinyl acetate/low-density polyethylene (EVA/LDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). Our annual production capacity for PVC resin reaches 1.301 million metric tons, making us not only the largest producer in Taiwan but also one of the world's leading PVC manufacturers, with a combined annual capacity of 3.17 million metric tons including investments in the United States and Mainland China. In alignment with government environmental policies, our caustic soda production has transitioned from the mercury process to the ion-exchange membrane method, achieving an annual capacity of 1.6 million metric tons for caustic soda. Our plastic modifiers, developed through in-house R&D, include MBS impact modifiers with an annual capacity of 19,700 metric tons and PA processing aids with an annual capacity of 25,000 metric tons, totaling 44,700 metric tons per year. These products significantly contribute to the development of high-value-added industries domestically. Additionally, our annual production capacities for other key products are as follows: - HDPE: 566,000 metric tons (the largest producer in Taiwan) - EVA/LDPE: 240,000 metric tons - LLDPE: 264,000 metric tons - Polypropylene: 400,000 metric tons
